Gulf Coast SMMC Meeting

On the job injury prevention is one of the major goals of your ATA and ATA Comp Fund.  Recently, our Comp Fund team conducted an in-depth blitz throughout the state observing drivers, technicians, and office staff while performing their daily tasks.  During these observations, many individuals were rewarded for doing the right thing regarding safe techniques and job functions.

Our Work Comp staff will provide an overview of the many safe findings and point out other activities that may need more attention to detail.  Pointing out and discussing actual activities observed will provide valuable information that may assist your operation in becoming a safer workplace, and hopefully give you tools that will help reduce work related injuries.
